Diane and the other front desk staff are amazing. Check in was quick and friendly, when I returned to the front desk to voice my concerns Diane stayed courteous and friendly, took care of my concerns immediately. Even as I was waiting in line they both acknowledged my presence. She was having some issues with another guest through it all remained very professional and friendly. She is definitely an asset to the property.

My husband and I came for our 2nd EDC. Our room was right next to the elevator, and we were just an 11min walk to our shuttle at the Rio. The kitchen saved us money, we brought more than enough food for the weekend. I forgot her name, but the front desk lady was super sweet and helpful.

Nothing! Raggedy!! Very uncomfortable beds! Full sized not Queens. Room was supposed to accommodate 6, No couch bed had nephew sleeping with head part down ,feet up. Same with full size beds in room. Room had no door. Tv & fridge not working.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Pans, coffee maker and spatulas can be asked for to the staff. My kids love the pool and the hot tub!!
